I know people get overexcited about uppies & downies, but we really shouldn't knock a heads up. Yes I admit I have made the odd sarcastic comment about a heads up , but one day we'll ignore it and we will regret it. So to all those that give us a heads up , thank you. To those I may have offended, I apologize.
Couple of tips :- Today & Sunrise go by time : morning shows , go by segment.

Ditto as narly said it really helps. mostly i do not record a whole show so miss a bunch, if i have recorded a show then a real time is awesome then i can zoom the vid that many minutes & not have to watch the whole jolly thing lolz!

Not arguing the value of a heads up for you great folk who cap, just the definition of an uppie - if there's a spot of knickers, I think we'd all appreciate the alert! But if it's just uncrossed legs

Yeah, Kyles is more than happy to show off her legs but I can't remember the last time she showed off some cleavage. It's a shame alright...
