What pisses me off the most is drivers who abuse me for doing 10k under the limit on a wet road.
And people that drive to close or tailgate when the road's wet &/or it's raining heavily - especially on highways where you're doing 80/100kph!
Most people know it's not cool to shoplift but the message about not speeding just doesn't sink in with some (even though it's only the latter of those scenarios where people can get killed). It seems to me that, no matter what speed limit the road you're on has (eg: 50, 80 or even 100kph) there are some who think their personal speed limit is 10kph over.
I think it's an arrogance or ego thing. They think they're the best driver on the road, better than everyone else which is why they can drive faster & should always get to the front like it's their god-given right. Aren't we supposed to share the road equally or do they do that because they pay more road tax than everyone else?
I sometimes wonder if it's the same people who drive round & round a half empty car-park at the shopping centre for fifteen minutes until they get one of the ten closest spots to the entrance just so everyone can see how close they can park. But those people are kind of funny - especially when you're walking into the shopping centre & they're still in their cars driving round & round.
