Heads up to you all A new fitness show starting on Aurora community channel next Monday June 1st It's called 'Crunch' and is to be shown 3 times a day at 6.00am - 9.30am - 2.00pmLet's hope it's a good one... Hopefully there may be a girl or two from the old AOS show too... My DVD recorder is ready for action
