I am going through that process now. My clubs were 11 years old but a still get new for old. I am waiting for my quotes to go through now. By the way I paid thirteen hundred for them, the only good thing that comes out of all this is I get a new set of Clubs.
Which would be a very good thing in deed! My friend did very well in his claim.

G'day Bluey, didn't see this until now. You're about the same weight as me, so I'll be watching with interest. Without putting pressure on you, a weekly report would be good. Still doing the golf / exercise bike??

Hi mate
I just about forgot to put my report in for this week, luckily your post reminded me to do it. I am not golfing but will be very soon. My clubs were stolen (Grrrrrrr) so I am getting a new set soon as I have household insurance thank god. Didn’t need the exercise bike last week as I have been delivering “Junk Mail” for three days on my pushbike and the other 4 days had plenty of other things to do. I will use the exercise bike when I don’t do much on any given day. Thanks for your support mate

Wahoo a 3kg loss this week. It could have been twice that amount but I was getting fainting spells every so often. I new I was overdoing it so started having a few snacks every day, like veggies and fruit plus having a proper meal for tea. Also it was my Birthday yesterday so I treated myself and had a Summer Role plus for tea had a BIG RUMP STEAK and veggies and it was bloody beautiful. I haven’t had steak for ages because at $23per kilo I can’t afford those sorts of prices. Well that’s about it for this week, catch you all again next week

Great work Bluey. Watch those fainting spells - could be high blood pressure. My first session at the gym last year, I went too hard and fainted. Blood pressure was through the roof, but settled down as I got a bit fitter.

Well another week has past and another 2kg has left me Yipee. Have been doing a bit of exercise every day now. I could have lost a bit more this week but I am taking the slow ride this time around. My usual daily routine now is Breakfast: Cornflakes with a little bit of sugar and skim milk and a big cup of cold skim milk with coffee in it. Next instead of having lunch I snack on fruit or veggies all day and have a “Summer Roll”. Tea: Just a normal tea EG: Chicken schnitzel with hot veggies. Then if I want a snack after that I just have some Jatz crackers or something like that. I drink Pepsi Max or Raspberry Cordial during the day. Well that’s about it for this week, will be back next week same time same channel
PS: Have not had an alcoholic drink for 15days now

Well done Bluey. Hey, just out of interest, I know a bloke who recently dropped a fair bit of weight. When I mentioned it to him, he put it all down to swapping his beer to Pure Blond. He dropped 15 kgs over a couple of months just by switching beer - no diet, no exercise.

The "Pure Blonde Diet Plan" would be a rather apt name for it too...
