Thought I would do one more update b4 Wednesday. It has now been 16 days of the grog for me, have not even had cravings for it. Now I have pigged out badly on the food side. Have had for the last few days ice cream, a chock éclair, lollies, lamb chops, home made pizza (4 Times) and a few other forbidden things. I also have had tons of vegies and other good foods. But I have only been having halve serves of them as that is all I feel like. Any other time I would have eaten the lot Just to get rid of it, if I was full or not. Also I have been doing a fair bit of exercise, done 30mins on the exercise bike (9.49k) today. That’s it until this Wednesdays report is posted.

But I made the pizza myself. Lebanese bread base, bit of tomato sauce, dried herbs, chilli powder, little bit of cheese, little bit of ham and some mushrooms and that’s it. Those on one pizza base then I halve it to make two meals. I thought it was pretty good going :D

Bluey Report
All weights are in Kilograms

Date..............Weight..............Loss ..........Gain….....Total loss
16/05/07.........112.0...............na...............na.............na
23/05/07.........110.0................2.................0..............2
30/05/07.........108.0................2.................0..............4

Well the results are in another 2kg loss this week Yipeeee. With all the shit I ate this week I was a bit amazed. But on the flip side I did do a lot more exercises this week. I must say the exercise is getting a tad easier. Saying that, last night I saw some one on TV doing push-ups. So when I got off the lounge I thought I would try some myself, as I have not tried to do any for years. I got on the floor and to my surprise I had freaking trouble doing one of them, just managed 3 and I was rooted. So there is quite a long way to go yet. So that is the story for this week.

PS: I tried to post this all morning starting from 5:30am Grrrrrrr

Great work Bluey. With regard to the pushups, try a few on your knees, or even against the kitchen bench. You'd be surprised how few people can do a 'proper' push up. As with anything, you need to work up to it.

Stick at it.
