Eating after midnight can also be a problem, though if this a problem for you then you should avoid getting wet also.

Some one told me don't eat anything after 5pm. Mum told me not to sleep on a full stomach. These all make sense as you don’t do any exercising late at night. The largest amount of food you eat is supposed to be in the morning. This is a well known fact, but who the hell can eat dinner at breakfast time.

To true, even when I am working night shift, I cant have a big feed in the morning.

Got some film for the camera today, had no one to take me pic tho. So done a few myself as it has a 10sec delay on it. Just got to waste the rest of the film b4 I get it developed first, then will PM ya a better pic Pyscrow. I hope the ones I did myself were ok. Not to worry I will get my mate to do another one soon just incase.
