Yes indeedy. But this blokes swears by it. Mind you, I'd imagine he is a fairly big drinker - prolly a couple of slabs a week. And smokes like a train too.

Good God matey, A couple of slabs a week in nothing to what I was drinking. I could drink that in 1 day. I was drinking a 5 liter cask of wine a day plus Beer and Spirits. I slept 12 hours a day and drank as soon as I woke till it was bed time every day. Plus eating take out food every day. My Shrink worked out that I was gaining 35kg every 10 weeks. Now that’s what you call a heavy drinker. I am a heavy smoker as well but I also have cut my smoking in half as well :shock:

Well another successful week with a massive 3kg loss :dance:
I just rearranged my diet a bit and done some more exercise on my exercise bike. It is 19 weeks till Xmas and I hope to be around the 80kg mark by then, as we all know it is much harder to lose that last 10kg you want. So I don’t expect to lose so much weight every week from now on, I would be happy just to lose 1kg per week from till Xmas :D Well that’s about all for this weeks episode, stay tuned for next weeks exciting report :wave:

PS: Have not had an alcoholic drink for 22days now :drunk:

Another 2kg down the drain Yippee. Only another 16kg to lose Grrrrr. Now into a double digit lose margin Yahooooo. Well that’s it for this week, short and sweet as there is hardly any response to this thread except for my one loyal supporter :wave:

I am exercising every day now, if I don’t go for a long walk or push-bike ride I make sure that I do at least 10km on my exercise-bike each day. I must say I am feeling 100% better now. I went to my doctors for a full check up and am glad to say everything is spot on. The only down side (For me) is I can’t see that I have lost that much weight. But all my friends keep saying I am looking a lot healthier and notice that I have lost the weight. Thanks for taking some interest in my progress :D

It’s starting to get harder to lose weight now. But I am happy to lose just the 1kg this week considering what I have eaten, I will start to worry if I gain weight. That’s it for this week, catch you all next week :wave:
