Struggling today Bluey - Local Domino's Pizza mob has unlimited pizza's pick up for $3.95 each!
Missus went down and bought six of the suckers!
When they have this sort of special on, we generally get a pile of em and freeze em for the kids for special occassions!
Had 30 mins of smelling all of em cooling down then had to pack em up in alfoil to go in the freezer.
Made my 1 round of salmon and onion sandwich for lunch pretty bland I gotta tell ya!
Man that was murder! All this on top of cooking the kids a BBQ last night, with spare ribs, sausages and rissoles, all I had was cerial with lite milk.
Oh well, will get some exercise tomorrow, my boys and I are doing the march again, 1k long, but 1k walk each way from the parking lot to the march area, no doubt carrying my 4 year old daughter after the first 100 yards!.

Well done on resisting the great temptation mate. I love Pizza myself, and everything else that is fatting for me. Still got that box of chocolates sitting on my fridge, very tempting but still unopened. Nearly that time again

Wow I think thats about 1 stone down so far!, 1/4 of the way Bluey!
PS you've given me a bit of inspiration with your exercise bike, so having a deep dim dark memory of us having one at some stage, looked through the missus's stash of essential "exercise equipment" in the shed last night, behind the abbroller, thighmaster, step, abblaster etc etc appears to be an old exercise bike, I'll drag it out later this week, and see if I can start some work on it, should be gentle enough on an ex footballers knees !

Great work mate, and yes the exercise bike is great for the knees. Done another 10km ride yesterday. Just used my converter and 7kg = 1.10 stone. Bloody great stuff again.

Bluey Report
All weights are in Kilograms
Date..............Weight............Loss since last weigh in...............Total loss
06/04/05........108.0.................na............................................na
13/04/05........104.0..................4..............................................4
20/04/05........102.0..................2..............................................6

I see it but I don’ believe it, another 3kg down the drain. I put it down to a bit more exercise and less eating. That’s 15.58 stone in the old money. The thing is I can’t see the results on my body yet
