Well rode the old ex-bike today. Rode for 30minutes 8.37km and 1277calories. I really didn’t want to but forced myself to do it, felt a lot better after the exercise tho

Well back again - wife and I been away for our aniversary, wasn't bad, 3 days on the sunshine coast. I just ate sensibly, but not on anywhere near as strict a calorie intact, so dont think I am gunna go another 2kgs loss this week!
At least I got a couple days to trim off before weigh in

It would be a waste to not enjoy your time away, we have plenty of time as long as we don’t start going backwards. Many a time I have just wanted to have a Pizza or some other junk food even a bit of Full cream milk. And it hasn’t even been two weeks yet CONGRATULATIONS on your arr 20th anniversary mate

I do my shopping once a fortnight and get it Home Delivered. Today I was waiting waiting waiting………….The delivery man was in hospital so the checkout chicks were doing the deliveries. To cut a long story short, the delivery was very late. Then the girl gave me a box of Cadbury Roses Chocolates 250g nice of them (Foodland). I looked at the fat contents and it worked out to be 52g for the 250g box. Now am too scared to eat the bloody things. And that is my story for today girl and boys
