Well it’s Sunday morning and I feel like shit. Why I hear you ask, well it started last Thursday. What I hear you ask, I caught a freaking COLD. This is the worst one I have ever had and I have not had one for about 5 years. So have done nothing since last Wednesday. Have been eating ice-cream to soothe the throat, so I might be going backwards this week (weight wise)

No good you are sick mate but eating ice cream is an easy way out!
Have cough lollies or eucalyptus drops or something.
Keep training hard mate. Summer is approaching!
I've now lost 20kg since England & 12 on this diet.
I just need to build up again now & lose my little tummy!
All the best mate. I'll be offline for a week or so.
Looking forward to seeing your results!

Bluey, try gargling salty water for your sore throat, and make a hot drink with lemon juice and honey and cloves if you've got any. Will make you feel a whole lot better.

Well at least I am consistent so far another 2kg gone. It was a bit of a shock to me as I have had a horrid cold for the last week. But managed to do a fair bit of exercising as well. Have been off the piss now for 24days. Got my blood tests back an all is fine except my liver count was a bit out. The doc said if I keep off the piss it will repair it self so I have to do another blood test in about 8 weeks. And that is my story for this report.

with your liver count mate, goto supermarket or health food store and get some 'milk thistle' tablets..... it helps with liver regeneration... i took some when i was on some medication that was liver toxic.... it seemed to work.
well done

Well not a good week for me. But 1kg is still a loss. I can’t get rid of this bloody COLD although it seems to be a bit better when I got up this morning. All I could do was lie down most of the time, I am not a happy chappy. I have found another form of exercise that I enjoy and can do by myself. I found a Tennis ball on a rubber string, I have had it for years but had forgotten about it. You hit the ball and it comes back to you but it broke so am going to get another one this week hopefully (If they still make them. Well that’s it for another week folks, hope to do better next week.
PS: 32 days off the grog now

Bluey, great to see a loss even when you've been crook. I think I must have caught it off you , been coughing all week.
They certainly still make the tennis ball things - cause my daughter got one last Christmas. There's plenty of exercises you can do without all the fancy equipment - even simple things like push ups, sit ups, squats etc. We do all these at the personal training sessions I go to twice a week.

The best part Bluey is the consistant improvement over time = success !
if you go to a gym or hang around sports folk you will soon learn that the fitter you get the more likely catching colds is as they seem to attack a body that can tell the difference ,more highly tuned . (fact)
Hang in there as it all looks to be on the up for you
