Hey, by the way, you don't happen to watch The Biggest Loser on telly, do you?

My missus is addicted to this show, which means i have to sit through it. The blokes on the show seem to lose enormous amounts of weight - one bloke lost 17 pounds in a week. But he was nearly 400 pounds to start with.

Exactly, all these shows are a load of rubbish. Sure they take it off but with all the help they get is ridiculous. Six months down the track they are back to fat again. The only way to lose fat is to up your exercise and eat lots of vegies and fruit. Plus drinking skim milk, I think I have lost the most from that. Sure it tastes like water at first but now I like it. Just a few things your “Kind Wife might like to know’. Thanks for your interest matey :mrhappy:

Sorry mate but I have asked the same question, he has just disappeared. There is a clue, will try and find it for you. At last found it, haven’t heard from him since:

With the weather improving, get out of the house and go for a walk. I just got 45 minutes of walking in at lunch time doing a few messages on shank's pony.

Remember, when you haven't lost any, you haven't gained any either. 8)
