Pizza should be OK, though you might want to use a pita bread for the base. Or maybe make your own base to control the amount of oil/sugar in them.
Leave out the cheese, or use it sparsely (cut thin strips/slivers of cheese and lay them out in a loose grid so that they just hold on to each other and the stuff underneath to keep it all together).
You may not believe it, but vego pizza without cheese is pretty good.
OR just make a couple of small ones - they shouldn't be any worse than eating a sandwich or two, and you just need to use similar ingredients.

Thanks for the tip mate. I used to make Pizza with pita base, the only problem was I put 3 times as much ham and cheese on it and tons of other stuff. It tasted bloody beautiful. So I would not be able to make it that way and enjoy it as well. Keep these suggestions coming please, I am learning some thing new every day on this diet. Thanks once again mate

Sounds like a plan Bluey!
Weekend for me is harder, coz during the week by the time I travel to and from work, I am away from home from 6am to 4pm, if I dont take any loot apart from my allocated lunch, I cant cheat even if I weant to!
At home the house is full of rubbish for the kids, the fridge is full a stuff I like to eat, its a struggle some weekends, and the way I am feeling already, this is gunna be one of those weekends!
Planning a BBQ tonght, I'll have some lean steak, and one of the prepared salads that Webdork likes to use in his "bucket salads", they work out cheaper for me at $3.50 because if I bought all of the incrediants to make it, a lot would go off before I ate it all, and a lettuce alone is $2 at the moment!
Also the $3.50 salad last me two meals.
PS my wife says how can you diet in Adelaide? I went to Adelaide for a couple of weeks work back in 96, and took her with me, at which point she discovered that KFC home delivered in Adelaide, (her favorite take away), or at least they did back then!
She reckons that no way could any self respecting person last out an attack of the munchies with KFC only a phone call away!

Yes I love KFC, there is one about 5mins from my place. I used to get it delivered a long time ago when I lived at my previous address. The mongrels stopped delivering about 5 years ago. They still get their shops packed tho. Then there is a Pizza chain that has been in Adelaide for awhile now called “The Pizza House”. The last time I went there it cost $10 for a gigantic Pizza with tons of toppings, those were the days. Going all out tonight and making myself a Mushroom omelet (1 egg, skim milk, SR flour and a tin of champignons). Cant wait, god I feel bloody hungry just looking at the word PIZZA

Mate - Its all gunna be worth it in the end!
I cracked at dinner, had a spare rib, as well as my 2 rissoles and salad - I feel so sick, I have been on a low fat diet for so long I feel totally greased out, and wanna chuck! Even though I cut every bit of fat off it I could see!

I've never been to that KFC on the corner of Glen Osmond Rd. And it's been there for a few years now. Of course, that's one of the benefits of all the years of vegetarian/veganism. I remember their mashed potato and gravy with fondness, but recall their chips as being the worst of all the fast food chains (apart from barnacle bills).
If you want to go out for a pizza, why not try the Good Life place on Hutt St. Apparently they do a duck and shiitake mushroom pizza that I've been keen to try - and I think they are expensive, so you wouldn't eat too much!
That's another way of dieting - only eat expensive food!
