Here's the shot I mentioned in my previous post. Book doesn't fit entirely on the scanner, so have lost some of the borders, and the picture can't sit completely flush on the scanner (due to the size of the book), so a little bit of the resolution is lost. But good enough.
Look for the telltale silhouette ...
