In 1997 she headed overseas covering mostly business news in the "tiger" economies of Singapore and Hong Kong. As a journalist and presenter for CNN International she reported on the Asian financial crisis and the outbreaks of SARS and bird flu.
Anne's face will be familiar to many ABC2 viewers, as the popular morning presenter for the ABC's Australia Network international news. Now she's thrilled to be returning home to regional Queensland to present Landline. Her husband Paul's extended family operate farms throughout the Darling Downs region. They have two young children who are just as excited about the "tree-change", the fresh air and the wide open spaces.
Anne is a classically trained pianist with a degree in music and speaks Cantonese, although she admits both skills are a little rusty now as she chases the kids around the paddock!

Thanks dodgie. I capped it also as it was the first time I've seen Anne in a dress, though they only showed it in the opening.

Awesome caps Dodgie  .. and Wow !! Anne looks great , and am liking Anne's new hairstyle .. very nice indeed  Long looked nice too but IMO short adds a new level of class to her Keep up the gr8 caps
