I've watched the replay dozens of times, and the caps here - and I'll say it again, I don't think it was an upskirt. I think what we are seeing is (a) a shadow of her thigh and (b) the lining of her dress. Have a look at the position of her bum on the couch relative to her legs and hemline.....unless her knickers are hanging halfway around her thighs, I don't think you can see that far up her dress.
