Thanks ates for the caps. It's more likely they just have ideas above their station and have big egos regarding regional 'content' regardless of whether it is worthy or not.
They also think that having influence for it's own sake is good. Win ditched The Shak on Fridays for repeats of Saddle Club for no explicable reason.

They just have to find an extra half hour which is, by nature, free anyway.
