Only watched some of ABC News24 Breakfast this morning, which is 720p vs 576i for the other ABC channels.
I don't cap Alicia (though she's nice). I have the ability to start and stop recording with a single keystroke whilst doing other stuff on my computer, so I rarely record a whole show, just the bits I want to cap.

I have been watching her in the mornings also. She was the girl behind the bench for too long. She is hot. Sorry I missed all those glimpses (can't keep watching all the time). She is definitely worth capping and sadly I have only come in late on the Virginia caps too. What a shame I have missed them all. Anyone got any to share?
