Also I'd really love some feedback on my collages. It's ok if you don't like them and have negative feedback, I'm still keen to know how they're being received. Do you prefer single pics? Do I turn the contrast up too much so they're too loud and dynamic? Are the smaller pics hard to see? Etc etc
Would love to hear from you guys :) Whatever enhancement it is you are doing is a bit extreme and over the top in most cases for me. To my eye, they aren't as good as Narly's originals. Not sure why the touch-ups and the tinkering is even necessary but I am not in the photo cap production business. I prefer singles but a few collages is fine. Just my view.

Mate thank you very much for this ! This is exactly what I needed to know. I'm conscious that I go way overboard with the editing sometimes, and I'll look at them the next day and go Jesus what happened there! Now that I've actually had this feedback it's confirmed what I suspected which is that only a slight change here and there will do. FWIW there's no practical reasons I edit narlys photo's. Just started playing around with an editor for the first time in my life during lockdown to keep myself amused. Suffice to say I'm still learning haha.

You've spent a bit of time editing etc. I have to agree with Mr Flippy though on the enhancement thing though . I just post what I cap , don't adjust brightness , contrast etc , unless it's really dark or I think there could be something special in a lighter or darker way. Myself ........ not a collage person , but that's just me .

I think it's a matter of getting used to the idea that it's about doing the minimum needed and not getting too trigger happy with all the things you can change.
