I know you can't see much except for nipple shadow but I thought I'd post it anyway. All I did was apply a negative filter and tweak the contrast after that.
Black clothing is interesting from an x-ray point of view as the wearers probably think they reveal nothing, but with the right lighting and PS tweaking a lot can be shown. In this case with Natalie she was obviously wearing a thick bra yet her nipple shadow still came through a very black top.
