There are various ways but all you need is a HD video receiver for your PC, or a PVR that let's you copy the files onto a flash drive. Then play the file through VLC (free to download) on your PC and press shift + s to take a screen cap. Just don't forget to hit record like I did today  (PVR can just set and forget). Only 1 cap today.
