The argument that this place is somehow condoning stalker-ish behaviour is not only naive, it's already been played out here (I believe including input from Hex herself) and the assertions I made then still stand:
she posts those pics on her social media for anyone to see, download and subsequently post elsewhere.
EDIT: or has pics capped from free-to-air tv or public yt channels
If she doesn't want that behaviour she should lock her account (with a caveat that media is not reposted to those she allows in) and copyright and watermark her pics. Then she would be well within her rights to come here and complain if those pics were being reposted.
Fame is a double edged sword. You cannot seek fame yet remain anonymous.
inb4 someone says I'm condoning stalker behaviour: no, bad as it may be; that's a part of life for famous people. It literally comes with the territory. To suggest that a stalker would harass Hex here rather than on her social media pages is just silly.
