According to report in Sunday Telegraph on Oct 2, 2011

Ousted Ten newsreader Deborah Knight ended her association with the network on Friday.
Insider understands that conversations between well respected journalist and presenter and the network stalled and that - according to a Ten staffer - Knight left the station feeling "somewhat shitty about things"

Why has Deborah Knight been BONED by Channel 10 ?
She looks good. Is a very competent newsreader.
I would rate her far superior to SANDRA SULLY in ALL areas. S Sully has the most annoying, grating voice. She's not a particularly exceptional newsreader yet she keeps on keeping on, whereas DK is hown the door.
I don't get it.
