Word is that she's a bit pissed that she got overlooked for the Sunrise job...and not being considered for Today Tonight...or any 'journo' type roles.

I reckon Channel 10 might make a move for her to have a breakfast option without that NZ dick, but get a normal presenter in...

Is this hearsay or definite ????????? .
I can't see Nat giving up a , dare i say permanent position at 7 and going to 10 where she would probably get sacked in twelve months after their next foray into a morning show flops and gets axed .
Maybe she was asked but knocked it back , I would have thought she would have been first choice.
Maybe she'll be taking Sam's place on Weekend Sunrise .

If she is upset at not being given the co-host chair on Sunrise, then Natalie Barr isn’t showing it.

“I never thought that Mel was going,” she has told the Daily Telegraph.

“And over the years people have asked me why I didn’t put my hand up for the job and truthfully I never have.

Despite having filled in numerous times for Doyle, many expected her to be the natural successor, but the role went to Weekend Sunrise‘s Samantha Armytage.

“I obviously thought about it … but I have never coveted that job,” she said.

“I love Sam. She’s very dry, I’m very dry … you’ve got to love dry.

“We get along really well. We’re both from country areas, but I am happiest presenting the news.”

Meanwhile, nobody is saying who will co-host Weekend Sunrise but possible names might include Monique Wright, Edwina Bartholomew and even Melbourne’s Rebecca Maddern.
