20b, thanks for your customary wonderful images of our delightful Kath ..... as usual her erratic appearances either represent drought , or as now, a flood! Over the last few weeks, the big stories keep coming and luckily the ABC has Kath at the helm to fill-in ..... she has been at the centre of breaking news all week. Those afternoons are continuous 4 hour shifts, and last Thursday was even longer, as she was called in mid-morning to take over with no time to dry her wet, lank hair, although by mid-afternoon it was back to it's flouncy best! The next day with the IT outage, her day started at 12 noon but extended to 7pm! At times the tele-prompter was out of operation, but Kath's experience allowed her to seamlessly "wing it". She is a superior presenter and a brilliant conversationalist. It is Kath's birthday today .... she could pass for 29, but we know she is a little bit older than that. So 20b, maybe an extended sequence of caps to celebrate .......?

20b, another very full week's work completed. You do a great job because Kath is not an easy lady to cap. I can see that lately you have had to wait much longer into her news reading sessions before posting an adequate representation. I don't blame you giving up today ......however, finally Kath did get out from behind that standing desk (in the last hour!), revealing the only short skirt that she ever wears, and clearly demonstrating that she still has fabulous shapely legs. In any case, most of your postings produce at least one absolute gem ....for example, today (#1) shows Kath as confident, intelligent and so classy, and yesterday (#6) as sophisticated, mature and utterly beautiful. It would appear that Ros Childs is on extended leave, as Kath signed off with "see you next week", presumably in the same afternoon slots (12noon -4pm, Tues- Fri) ...... just glad she's finally getting some ongoing, consistent work!
