Sick of this wearing glasses for fashion shit.I seem to remember she used to wear glasses most times on Today (Pre masterchef) Many folks wear glasses & either go blind for tv or use contacts. To help ease the public into acceping a bespecticled peep the glassless frames, without light glare of glass, is done... I would guess that far more folks wear vision correction than tv apperances would show. If someone knows they need to read the autocue & has Astigmatism, when contacts are often useless as they roll around & lose focal point correction, i have this issue as well It is a pain, glasses needed or look ( severe squinting) and sound like a goose (no idea what is required on auto cue) haha.

Since I was four I’ve worn glasses. Before hipsters wore glasses, being a four-eyes wasn’t cool. It wasn’t like wearing braces. You were ostracized not so much for having a defect but for looking bookish and – god forbid – intelligenthttp://www.sarahwilson.com.au/2011/03/what-if-i-cant-be-the-nerd-anymore/
