Weekend Breakfast...

Bonus Kath for the weekend! 20b you don't miss a beat - although she and Fauziah did continue on for another hour on Channel 24 News - a four hour marathon!
Kath looks refreshed and is back to her effervescent and vivacious best! She is such a sparklingly confident and engaging presenter. Kath has a lovely modulated voice with crisp delivery, is quick-witted and never lost for words, which allows the program to flow smoothly. The impromptu moments show that her personality is so suited to a less structured morning talks program. Her looks are a given, but it is her personality, mannerisms and demeanour that I love about this gorgeous woman.
Clearly she would be a fantastic presenter on ABC Weekday Breakfast - imagine Kathryn on five days a week for three hours/day!! At present the program looks tired and staid, almost just going through the motions. I imagine that she was the obvious choice, given her background on the commercial channels, to take over when Virginia left. The big problem is that she is a mother with young kids and lives in Sydney, and the program is produced in Melbourne. Not going to happen, unless they change the program production to Sydney....now there's a thought! Watch the ratings go through the roof!
The ABC has tried to upgrade some of their young and attractive female newsreaders in the past to this slot, but they have been hopelessly out of their depth and completely devoid of relatable personality. Whereas, Kath's vibrant persona shines through - such a competent communicator and always entertaining.
And the entertainment continues, as she is back on tomorrow at 7.00 am for another 3-4(?) hours. Can't wait!

20b, thanks once again. you are really excelling yourself with this weekend's load....and according to Kath, she's on again next weekend as well!!

So, here's another love letter to Kathryn.

God, she looked gorgeous and classy in that "new", dark turquoise dress this morning, those sensational legs fully displayed - such delightful knees, calves and ankles. She really has a dancer's legs, strong and well-toned muscles. I imagine she did ballet as a girl and I read somewhere that she still does pilates, which also accounts for her lovely posture - very straight back and squared shoulders, which forces her to stick out her bum and bust, showing her figure off to full advantage. Clearly she grew too tall to continue with dance, but those long legs tell a tale!
One minor criticism which is really a back-handed compliment - a smidgen too much eye-liner and eyebrow darkening today. A naturally beautiful woman like Kath needs very little make-up. Usually her make-up is very subtle, allowing those big brown eyes to do all the talking. She really is at her peak as a woman....still, like a good wine , that peak can last for a long time. Looking back over her pics, she started off as an almost gauche, but pretty, young girl, who has evolved and evolved into the beautiful, elegant and mature woman she is today.
Honestly, has there ever been a better looking woman on Australian TV in the last 10 years?

Well done 20b in producing another set of pics of Kathryn locked in her Business bunker! Some of your pics are quite artistic. I particularly liked pics 1 & 8. Kath is back to her sultry best, with those dreamy eyes and that enigmatic smile, reminiscent of the Mona Lisa.......and the make-up has regained it's subtlety - it may be that the ABC studio has different make-up personnel on Weekday and Weekend TV?
I enjoy her expressions when asking a question, particularly when she becomes animated, performing mouth gymnastics in order to enunciate each word perfectly for effect. She is very cute and beautiful at the same time. Be still my beating heart.....
