Finding it to be a bit of an adjustment compared to my previous one (Twinhan/VisionPlus DTV) - at least the old one let me work in the background and either surf the net or process caps while having the device record another show. This new one loses the signal if i have anything else open along with the program itself. It's funny how the hdtv technology for computers has improved, thus requiring better hardware to run.

HD processing is very system intensive. my whole computer locks up for about 5 minutes while trying to load a 16GB sunrise recording into VirtualDub. One good thing about the networks filling their HD channels with american crap is that we won't have to process HD after next month. Your new card is producing some very nice caps.

Oh, no....I would certainly find it so hard to go back to watch/capture shows like Sunrise or Today Show in SD. That's the reason why I seldom captured live shows of Channel 10 since they turned SD!
