When I just looked at it as a thumbnail I thought she was wearing a hat.  But we are talking about a former Big Brother wannabe whose penchant for styling her hair into a Marge Simpson beehive, wearing about eight layers of make-up & a centimetre of "Cleopatra" black eye-liner because she thought it made her look classy was an ongoing subject of jocularity at the time.
