I wonder what will happen with CH9's revamped version now that Mel B has had the doorstop put on her by the courts...

Have they actually filmed shows yet or not? If they have, they'll have to be shelved unless they can get a release from CH7 to show them in 2014...

I thought Mel B was on X Factor

She was, but when CH9 bought Australia's Got (No) Talent from Ch7, she was set to (and advertised) switch to Ch9 and host AGT.
However, she obviously didn't review her CH7 contract, which included a clause that she could only work for CH7 until the end of 2013.

So, as a result, CH9 have advertised her as being the host of AGT, and done all the usual "Coming Soon" rubbish, Ch7 got a court injunction to stop her from working on CH9.

So she is now in television purgatory, can't go to CH9, but CH7 won't use her knowing she tried to breach contract.

Mind you, irony is having 2 UK hosts on a show looking to showcase Australia's talent...
