certainly not one you'd expect see coming.. but then again it can hit anybody, I was heartbroken and felt suicidally depressed and it wouldn't leave me for years, until one day I realized the foundation of the depression was me believing every thought, every single negative thought, and they were endless, and circular in nature. Don't believe any of it, and choose to ignore the negative and realise you can choose to look at each and every small positive.. have never looked back since that day.

RIP a beautiful woman, very sad to hear.

"No suspicious circumstances" and an article with the Beyond Blue and Lifeline numbers generally means one thing.

Genuinely shocked to hear it, she seemed to have it all. She was one of my favourites...

You'd find more people that have been in a similar situation than those who haven't.

My way was (and is) to compartmentalise each issue, rather than see it as one big mess.
Then, with each issue, group them as things that are completely out of your control, things you can influence, and things in your control.

For those completely out of your control, avoid the cause or take it on - it's important.
Things you can influence, do what you can to bring them within your control.
For things in your control, look for your wins.

Just read about this through my daily trawlings of the Wikipedia obituaries section. Horrible. RIP.

Such sad news. Phunky.. the problem is it doesn't work for everyone.
Last year we lost a friend of 35 years to depression. She was a loving mother of three boys, had the most incredible giving and loving husband.. and she solely built herself a very successful recruitment business. She battled depression for years. No matter how much love surrounded her and embraced her, she still never felt truly worthy. On the surface.. always vibrant and happy. Underneath.. very dark. I don't think anyone has a right answer.. but every effort helps and can save lives.
