It's that classic moral vs legal argument - just because something's legal, doesn't make it moral.
She looks directly at the camera and is smiling, so in this case it looks like she's fine with it and knows the photographer is there.
I'm not a fan of paps chasing people, taking their photo without permission, or hiding to get shots. Everyone should have the right to have their image taken, particularly if used for commercial purposes.
I said a page or 2 back, she looks too young, but as long as she's OK with it, and of age, play on
