During filming of Puberty Blues, Cornish famously requested a vegan meat pie for a scene that required her to eat a classic Aussie meat pie on the beach.

In a recent Body and Soul Q&A Cornish revealed the contents of her fridge included coconut water, quinoa, falafel, dairy-free hummus, red kidney beans, fruit and vegies.

She likes to make rice paper rolls for lunch and always has rice protein in her cupboard because, as a vegan, Cornish says protein is important when you are exercising five or six times a week as she does.

The actor also revealed that her indulgences include acai dark chocolate, raw smoothies with cacao and dates and Gelato Messina's chocolate sorbet.
