Its not Phoebe looks like Gemma Ward to me lol.
I wish Phoebe could do some more modelling because she IS a professional model and the modelling shots she has done are beautiful!

Thanks they keep showing repeats in the UK :( I want them to carry on. Phoebe is so pretty. Is there going to be a season 4 of H20?? or is season 3 the last season. And also I wonder what phoebe would do next if she isnt in H20, she should go to Home and away or something lol

As I have said before Phoebe is naturally beautiful but the blonde hair just does not suit her, she doesnt stand out with blonde. She was born a brunette and she looks so beautiful and interesting that way. When will she go back to her original hair colour?

She is brunette again.
One of her friends mentioned it.
I am sure she dyed her hair only for the movie.
Also she appeared on November 23 Grazia. Maybe someone has it and can scan it for us.

Yay Im so glad she is a brunette thanks for the info!.  Please if anyone can scan the article of Phoebe In Grazia it would be much appreciated. Is it Australian Grazia?  I hope she does more movies which involve her not changing her hair colour.
