Will this be released on the 'Net just before he next h2o series is shown? or am I getting too cynical in my old age?

But considering the event in question happened over a year ago, if it is Indi then Lincoln will go to jail for it if he does release it, it's okay to have sex with a 17 year old but very illegal to record it until their over 18 (Pornography/Child Endangerment laws).

Anyway the fact they broke up in February of last year because he was cheating on her with an unnamed teen actress does still leave the possibility it wasn't her.

The clip has been deleted from his phone now, so I dont think it will end up on the net.

Actually scoobysmoo they were together longer then feb of last yr, they were a couple at last yrs logies which was in May. I think they must of broken up before August though as there was apparantly a lot of tention between them at the dolly teen choice awards, which was in Aug.

The girl he suposedly cheated on her with wasn't an actress on tv either, her name was Monique Swart and she was a young model, only about 16 years old, and I think he & Indi were probaly already over by then as that was around sept last yr... she was prob more of a rebound girl lol

They broke up before the Logies which is why she didn't accompany him as planned and he cheated on her with at least three people that I know of, he made mention of her during his speach in some vain attempt to win her back but she avoided him for the evening (except some cast publicity shots and one awkward "couple shot" at the cast party) despite rumors to the contrary published by TV Week.

I wasn't talking about the 16 year old rebound chick, I don't know the name of the other girls except one was a brunette from Queensland who he hooked up while back in Brissie "visiting his family".

I was spending a lot of energy at the time (about Nov-Mar) tracking down info on the rumors of her leaving HAA, to the point I pissed off a few of my sources, but believe me the info was accurate.

He may have deleted it from his own phone but did he send to anyone else before that, or download it onto his 'pooter?

It would be best if we never knew.

I dont know where you got any of that info from, but they were together at the logies, I saw it in tv week, they never confirmed their romance and were trying to keep it out of the spotlight thats why they didnt go as "a couple" but they acted like one at the afterparty.

HIS flying visit to Brisbane to watch his Origin team win was worth it, now Confidential hears Lincoln Lewis might have scored some brownie points jetting off with his young love Indiana Evans over the long weekend. The Home & Away co-stars were spotted looking cosy at the Virgin Blue luggage carousel at Sydney airport on Monday. Sounds like the soapy couple are still flying high in the romance department.

Sounds like your just dissapointed your fav star has gone and done something naughty lol the fact is all these things lead to Indiana, it was her.
Everyone makes mistakes and she's a teen, they do stupid things all the time. At least she's not with him anymore.

That TV Week article is exactly what I was talking about in the rumour department, it's a well know fact that magazines/newspapers fictionalise and exaggerate most of their stories. A month beforehand Lincoln gave an interview stating he'd be going to the Logies with his girlfriend. And no-one thought to whip out a camera-phone at any of these supposed cosy encounters, I don't think so that just reeks of bullcrap.

As for my info, photographers, camerapersons, writers, actors, production assistants, the list goes on - the advantage of establishing good working relationships (and being roped into painting a house as a favour in return).

Personally I'm not in the slightest disappointed in Indiana, she wasn't the one who whipped out the camera phone. Teens do make mistakes (I still have scars in an awkward place thanks to an over eager girlfriend), and I'm sure she's learned from it.

But I'll just let this be the end of the discussion and agree to disagree.

I dont belive that they would "pretend to be a couple" at the logies last year just for the press, when they have never actually confirmend their relationship to the press in the first place. I think Lincoln was just hoping to take Indiana to the logies as his date, but hadnt actually asked her... she obviously didnt want to "make their relationship public" so they didnt go as a couple.

heres proof to that they were together in may (the photo has the date on it) it's a fan photo from Lincolns facebook account wich he was taged in, them at the rugby together, maybe not the state of origin, but another game.

and yes if it was her (which it seems like) then im sure shes learnt a very big lesson! and hopfully wont date silly guys like Lincoln again.

Neither do I but since I stopped digging after April (when it was announced she was leaving) it's reasonable to assume they got back together, that break-up/make-up crap is popular among teens

I do know that at least one photographer at the seven after party spent most the night trying to get "the shot" but hey it's easy to miss something in a room with 200 people.
