No they are pretty much the full sets of almost all the beach trips she's done
Most post on here aren't the complete set they are just the public sets that are on the net
This site has them but also include photos from the sets that weren't released

How do you save them without buying them?

You can't save the by right clicking or nor can you save them on your iPad by tapping and holding down on the screen
till the save button pops
As all you will get is a black screen cause saving them is illegal

So I can't tell you how to do it if your going to save them
But I know you won't save them
You clearly want to know this for educational purposes
So the only way to do it is if you have and iPad or iPod
Zoom in on the picture till you get a decent shot of the picture then hold down the sleep button
And the quickly tap the home button it should take a pic it takes some time getting it right
You might turn off your iPad ipod here and there while trying to master it
But again you are only asking this for education purposes

I had a dream last night that if I opened the page in Firefox, right-clicked on the page and chose "View page info", a window popped up which had a "Media" icon at the top, and when I clicked on that, I got a list of images and other media from the page I right-clicked on. And in my dream, I realized that if there were images that I was interested in saving, I could use a "Save as" button on the same tab.

But of course, that was just a dream, it probably does not apply in reality.
