Under 16 is a no go because it's creepy - simple as that. And while everyone's definition of that may vary, ours is 16 years of age cut-off.

Yeah, it's not as if these actors/actresses appeared on screen fully clothed in TV shows and movies for all the world to see. Reasonable discretion should be the rule.
