Sophie Monk enjoys life on the run SHE might be fighting jetlag and juggling excruciating early morning wake-up calls that go hand in hand with breakfast radio, but glamour girl Sophie Monk still looks a knockout yesterday.
LA-based Monk is in Melbourne for the week to co-host Nova FM's breakfast show. She will head to Sydney next week to co-host the show for a further two weeks.
"If I sit still too long, I get bored," Monk said.
"I am so used to being all over the place. I am never stressed. We booked our flight two days before we came, and did not have accommodation the day before and then organised it at the last minute.
"I am used to living like that now. I fly by the seat of my pants."
Monk will return to LA on January 2 and go straight into shooting her scripted reality/comedy series for MTV that is being produced by music mogul Russell Simmons.
She said she was not concerned about having TV cameras following her.
"I have got (paparazzi) cameras following me every day, so I am used to it," she said."They (the paparazzi) can get a bad shot of me and the next day they will get a good one, and then they will get an ugly one. I don't care any more.
"They are never around when I am dressed up.
"They are always there when I am in my gym gear."
