Fiona from a show called Look Who's Talking I think.
The only Fiona from It's a Knockout I have on my HD. I had more of her from that show because I uploaded them to the defunct AC forum.

Horrendous.
The bright spirit she shows on camera (and her sister as well) means that even though she hasn't been a regular on screen for decades, this is a really, really bad loss.
