Hi guys, i was wondering if there's a way of finding where a photo has been moved to after threads have been merged. Take this one as an example. It started off in the ABC news readers thread but it's been moved somewhere else and i'm not sure where the identifying info is. |

Ok, that's bizarre because i couldn't find it. I normally go to the info screen (right click > view image info > general tab) and look for the modified date and then go to that date in the thread. But if the last modified date is different to the original post date i can't find that pic. Is there another way to get to track down the pic in the thread? |

Not really, entire image upload feature is custom weaved into phpBB codebase just for this site so it's a bit sparse on features. There is a custom written tool for admins and mods that can do it but it's not available to general members. |

On this subject is there anyone with some time to move some posts that now have threads? For a while the mood was put them in grouped thread, now i see a fair few with their own threads & lots of stray earlier stuff new fans may not have seen. ( easily found under search for the various threads as subject name is celeb not random news, tvc, models etc. That ABC thread got to 60+ pages so anyone with more than 10 posts got a separate thread. ( Five years later is back to 61 pages) Same with the others. First news breakout was Sarah Cumming who was in the Adelaide one yet had enough posts for 6 pages of a solo thread. So if gamakatsu knows his lady`s name for her toosh, it will show up under search. However all uploaded picture url will always be the original thread name, regardless of any merge later. |
