Post subject:  Instagram Influencers
Admins, since this site was started in it’s current form some 15+ years ago, there’s been this thing called social media kick off which you may have heard of :wink:

Alongside Actors, News & Media and Models, there is a large segment of Instagram Influencers that in many cases have hundreds of thousands of followers, but don’t fit into traditional categories.

Suggest they must have minimum 50,000 followers or something to qualify (to stop spamming of wannabes).

A good way to stay relevant with the new class of celebrity.

Excellent notion.

I'm guilty of putting up a couple of hot chicks, that are essentially nobodies hahahhahaha

I'm down with the 50,000 minimum rule.

Cool idea but... Instagram Influencers are often also models and vice versa. Also, number of followers go up and down so who's going to police that rule? And if it does happen, I would suggest a lower number of followers. Otherwise we could miss out on hot chicks such as Siobhan Parekh

Maybe have an Instagram/twitter/youtube/etc section or just alter the news and media section description to include these.

I figured there’s too many of them to mix the threads, news people will get pushed off front page quickly.

Yes, if they’re a legit model they could be in Models, but there’s lots that aren’t.

Agree, Social Media Influencers makes it broader and better :yes:

When i doubt... those do not know who it is - up and comming seems ok? Our now 20 something year old recently based in LA being the Herbert Twins, first appeared here, among some fun vids & kini pics, way back when after turning 16. Elisha had about 20K followers, Renee jumped between private & open Insta. Now blue ticked both Reneee & Elisha have 1.4 mill followers search.php?keywords=herbert
While having nuggety nipples & camel toe worthy groins, like many "models" without huge jugs, do not really get much attention, or if they do, seem to be grumbles, at this site. :smile:
I think the go onto really make it is about 1 in 1000. Many even get overseas work, then a similar looking lass will get all the work & our insta gurl is back sipping sponsored juice & slapping on sponsored product.
