Should I notify other members of the new domain yet?

I would now rather wait for reaction of other mods on my last mail :-) If it goes well, I'll post the mass mail to members tonight as planned.

EDIT: I now got echo that the thread notifications are still posting, so I completely disabled mail function for the time being. I will check it Let me know if the problem continues.
EDIT #2: OK, I'm now going through the database and removing everything that cuold cause this.

what about those of us mods who haven't been on your "mailing list" and have never recieved these emails with updates to the site?

come to think.. what about those of us who now appear to be "ex-mods"?

It's exactly one year now since I joined this board, so I'm now in contact only with mods and people I've known in that period. One of the downsides of upgrade is messing of user rights, so I now don't even know who was originaly admin or mod here. :dizzy: This site was in top shape some three years ago, so I'm not against working with former staff at all. Post me PM with some info on your former position and there's no problem to repost you those mails with all info included...

I think I finally got the problem behind sending mail notifications (thanks skaven). They were actually not posted by this site, but by my home PC with installed test board and enabled notifications. I was wondering why is the net so slow :-) Erm... let me know if some other such mail would arrive...

I think my first action as an admin would be to reinstate The Stig as a mod. I just have to work out how....

Can you change the look/skin/board style or whatever you call it?
