Capturing HD clips from Foxtel

I want to start capturing HD clips from foxtel. Does anyone know what the easiest way to do it is and what you would recommend I buy?

Can anyone do this at the moment? My old setup doesn't work anymore due to some Foxtel douchebaggery. Well I can still do it but the resulting file has no audio and the picture has a purple haze to it.
