Photoshop skills required.

Alrighty then, so I've been in this boards for years now so I'm not some dodgy lurker.
I'm just hoping there might be a member or two of the board that have some photoshop skills for a photo that I was sent by a ' friend ' from work that needs some adjustment. Too much blurring on original etc
Compensation will of course be offered.

It's very difficult to refine / fix blur without manually brushing.

I've had a bit of a play in Photoshop but I think I need someone with some skills.

Blur is nasty as you have effectively 2 or more bad images and need to remove the worst, without any material to improve the remaining area.

Thanks for the advice guys. It is a bit tricky - that's why I thought it prudent to offer some $$$ in exchange for someone trying to amend the pic for me.
