I'm thinking of resigning from my current job and since this is actually my first professional job (I've been with the company a long time). Can someone tell me do I have to be paid out for all outstanding leave or just long server leave? and if so is it paid at my current salary or when it was accrued?

You should be paid all leave entitlements you are owed, and you should be payed out as if you are still working for the company so all leave payments should be at the rate of pay you where on.

You will need to get paid out all outstanding leave entitlements. Plus it all depends on any work contracts regarding any other money owed. Thats is what I would think would happen but it may vary state to state.

If you mean your LSL it depends entirely on how long you've been with the company & tax is calculated on each component depending on how back your employment commenced. Everybody gets their annual rec/annual leave at the same time but it is calculated individually for each person depending on their actual employment date so they amount you get can be subject to that. Does your company have a payroll officer who is an employee of the company or do they use an independent payroll company? Contacting your payroll officer to ask what your total leave entitlements are is a common enough enquiry for them. But to get them to give you a financial amount may require a written request so I wouldn't tkae it that far.
