By all means WD come join “Bluey and Pyscrow Club” we are aiming to lose bout 20 to 25kg each. And hopefully we will get positive encouragement from the members that pop into this thread. But don’t forget you have to submit your weight every Wednesday. In fact any one that is serious about loosing weight can join in. No crackpot allowed and no fibbers.

Went and done my fortnightly shopping today (Rode the bike there about 3km all up). There I was in Foooland checking out all the labels to see the Fat contents. Must have looked pretty stupid to the other shoppers. Got lots of fresh vegies, fish, pasta, rice, Skim Milk (Yuk) and so on. Will finish all the shit food off today that was in my fridge. Weigh in day tomorrow then get serious about my diet. Let the games begin

Id focus on reducing carbs. Best way to lose weight quickly is low carb ketogenic diet. Safest / long term way is low glycemic diet.

Google it - but basically VERY low carb diet. Atkins induction phase is ketogenic diet. I lost around 30kgs over 6 months doing my own modified version of it with no exercise about 2 years ago.

I Googled it and found all these sites saying it is used to reduce the severity of epilepsy seizures. Also on other sites it was saying how controversial it is, so I couldn’t determine what the hell to do. Found I site with the “ketogenic diet” but you had to pay to download it. Now I am more confused than ever, after reading all this Here is a sample on one site: Quote: As most people who work in the field of epilepsy treatment are aware, there has been a great deal of interest recently in the use of the ketogenic diet to reduce the severity of seizures in patients with epilepsy, particularly younger patients with very severe disease.
