Still eating OK. Still snacking a bit. Running way better and stronger on the treadmill.

Each day my weight fluctuates between 106.5 - 108kgs. Just not going any lower. :?

Yeah it has one of those things. If I run any harder I will run the machine off the scales. It only goes to 15kph. I at my peak go 12kph for a minute or 2.

Starting to do Pilates tonight. I did it to help my back about 18 months for about 4 months. It helped and gave me a good workout.

Nothing is really helping atm. So I will try this for a while to see if it helps my back.

Hey dj, have you ever seen a myotherapist? The guy I saw really knew his stuff and fixed my lower back with one visit. Apparently my pelvis was disaligned (think I just made up a new word there!) and he spotted it immediately. He also spotted my crook shoulder just by looking, without even touching me. I've seen physio's, chiropractors, an acupunturist and remedial massage therapists for my back over the last eight years, but the myotherapist seemed to incorporate all of these and actually told me what the cause was and fixed it.

Just not having any luck atm. Back is really playing up atm. Struggling to sit or stand for long periods of time. Not sleeping well. Now my daughter has given me her sore throat and chest infection

Trying to still run on treadmill but not as fast or long.

Still around 107kgs.

Looking at taking all sweet food out of diet over the next few weeks to see if that has any effect on my weight/health.

Man this is frustrating. Just cant cut a break.

I have decided that since this is being such a slow process for me I am just going to concentrate on my fitness. I am running much better and longer and not so out of breath. My eating habits are better but still eat and drink sweet stuff but way not as much.

My weight is not moving but I am feeling a little bit fitter.

I will do my head in if I put too much of my mind into it. I get too down on myself if I continue to not move the scales.

Good plan about not concentrating on the weight. When I started at the gym, I went from 103kg to 107kg in about 6 weeks, despite gaining a lot of fitness. In the last month a foot injury has stopped my doing much, and I have actually lost weight. Go figure!

You are probably losing fat and building muscle, hence weight is not falling.

Running really well now. Longer and the slower speeds feel just that too slow. I am constantly running at 8kmh and get up to 12 kph in spurts. Not sweating as bad or as soon.

15 minutes is alot easier to run that it used to.
