The lovable comedian and The X Factor host Jacobz will hold court in front of 1.6 million people and will be broadcast to millions around the world.
“You are going to get the best fireworks show in the whole world on the Sydney Harbour,” Rusciano told Confidential.
“We are world renowned for our fireworks in Sydney ... we have genuine credibility.
“There are also going to be costume changes whether people want them or not.”
Rusciano is set to host the hotly anticipated event alongside Luke Jacobz but she said she will have to remember to look at the crowd, not him.
“Luke Jacobz is so attractive I don’t know what I am going to do with myself.”
Making the display easy to watch for all, the official Sydney NYE Telstra App will give users 360 degree views of the fireworks plus virtual reality technology using Google Cardboard — so people around Australia and the world won’t miss out on the fireworks.
