Quote: JESINTA Campbell confesses she had a breast augmentation as a teen - and now at 21, regrets it.
Instead, the model urges young women to love what they have.
Campbell, one of Australia's rising television stars, has revealed she had a procedure to increase her AA cup breasts to a B cup.
"It's a personal choice and completely up to the individual," she told The Sunday Telegraph.
"When I was young I had a small procedure done to become a 12B."
But she says if she had her time again, she'd make a different decision.
The brave admission comes as the former Miss Universe was unveiled as the new face of Wonderbra.
A spokesman for the brand, which is relaunching in Australia through Big W, said it was made aware of Campbell's augmentation after she signed with the Hanes-owned label.
"We didn't even notice; she let us know," he said.
"And it didn't change our mind one bit.
"We wanted to launch with someone who had the attributes of the brand - intelligent, confident and fun - and Jesinta was the perfect fit for it.
"We used our standard size 12B bras in the photo shoot and she fitted those perfectly.
"She's a fantastic ambassador and we're happy to be partnering up with her."
Campbell said she was really excited to work with the brand.
"It's a really big thing for me career-wise," she said.
"It's all about empowering women and making them more confident and, considering I do a lot of work with charity Reach, which supports a lot of young women, I didn't have to think twice about it."
She adds that if she could have her time again, she'd pick a push-up bra over surgery.

She should have been stripped of her title. There are so many other more deserving (read un-enhanced) women out there that deserve it more. And she is only coming out now that she is the face of a bra-company, to generate some cheap buzz.

For me, cosmetic surgery is almost as bad as smoking. I've seen (and played with) a few fakes in my time, it just doesn't look or feel right. The obsession with plastic surgery (for purely cosmetic enhancement) is so wrong. I really don't understand why (mainly) women are so obsessed with it, when (most) men prefer a natural look. Many say it's for self-esteem, but I think that's a cop-out.

As much as I am a fan of Jesinta, her title of Miss Oz should be stripped... I mean any sort of cosmetic enhancement technically is deemed cheating in a beauty pageant no?

Her quote from Mornings "I wouldn't be where I am now if I didn't do it". Lance Armstrong "It wasn't possible to win the Tour de France without help" Seriously, someone has to be taping Mornings today, close-ups of underwear models, and not PC models, HOT models...
