I like that but how does one get the ranking effective folks have different fave characters so their perceived greater or lesser value will hinge around that. Would the big kahoonah type thing be "Dr Who" or "The tardis" newbies are cute yetties or cybermen?

Dalek
Cyberman
Sontaran
Ice Warrior
Silurian
Weeping Angel
Ood
Sea Devil
Auton
Ogron

There's other popular but non-reoccurring monsters:

Zygon
Fendahl
Wolfweed
Mandrel
Tractator
Haemovore
Ogri
Zarbi
Kroton
Drashig
Draconian
Spiridon
Mutated Maggot
Wirrn
Krynoid

Which is why the system shouldn't be changed, why upset people.
Except that the Simpson family should be added to the top rankings.

I just didn't want to repeat myself
Original post was more about making 'badges' about more than simply number of posts, but to add things like karma, time served, post with more than 10 likes etc.

Well, all sci-fi programmes are going to have that nerd stigma attached to them. I only suggested Dr Who because it seems to be very favoured in the pop culture world these days. I've never even heard of the things Wolverine suggested. Is it from a game?

It probably should be related to the subject matter - ie. Australian Celebrities.

Start with a crap person or TV character and work up to TV legends like Graham Kennedy, Bert Newton etc.?

Personally i don't really care about the system but how about a numeric one. sharkboi would be #1, narly #2, ate #3, etc. Its simple and will encourage more posts due to competition.

Access to stats seemed to be good for that with my spamming getting me to almost 50,000 posts: Bluey got his 200,000 pics, narly had the most pics for least posts. If we go numeric i can pull my finger out & beat sharkie reposting personal pics in prolly 2 solid weeks to be No1 haha!
