I was worried when the site wasnt loading up for me for a day or 2. Then I thought something happened. At least with CZ and Wolverine things were sorted out asap.
Judging by what's in mail logs, it would seem that email delivery problem has also been sorted - the IP address we got on this new server is more reputable than the previous one. Last thing to check is that TPG customers can get to this new site as well. Anyone?
For those technically minded, here is the support request TPG raised with their DNS software provider in order to try and resolve DNS issues for their customers with our previous server
Apologies to all, webserver decided to take some time off last night and I only noticed it few moments ago. All back to normal now. I will have to set up some sort of automatic site monitoring to reduce downtime in cases like this.
